As mentioned in previous newsletters we are holding our annual Charity Christmas Fun Run on St Stephen’s Day at 11am from Lusk NS.

The date for the Dublin Masters Cross Country is probably moving to Sunday 10th January. It will probably be held in St Anne’s Park, Raheny.
An athlete becomes a Master on his/her 35th birthday.
The distance for Women is 3000m and for Men is 6000m.
