A great turnout on Sunday morning at the junior parkrun with over 30 juveniles out and a leprechaun hunt was organised for after. Great fun was had by all and well done on the run.

The Dublin Athletics Board have released the schedule for the Summer Graded meetings to take place throughout the summer. Similarly, Louth are also having a summer Graded Meeting campaign in Drogheda over the same period. The Louth meetings are OPEN to everyone, not just those in Louth.

The All Ireland Schools Cross Country finals took place in Sligo Race Course today. Going was good to soft with a very testing climb into the finish. We had Katie Halpin from Lusk representing Skerries Community College. She finished 28th in the minor race.

In the Junior women's pole vault competition Maeve Flynn took gold with a jump of 2.60m matching the championship record.
