New Sports Equipment

Late last week we took delivery of new sports equipment for the use of everyone in the club. With the rapid growth in numbers attending our club coupled with wear and tear of our existing equipment a full stock take was carried out and a list of new requirements was drawn up. To keep costs to members as low as possible a fundraising committee was setup and moneys raised went directly into the purchase of the new items.
One major contributor to our club this year is Tesco Warehouse, Turvey. Thanks to their contribution we were able to purchase 8 starting blocks which are essential for our members to progress in sprinting successfully. We are hugely grateful to Sean Greensit of Tesco for making this generous contribution happen.

To everyone who contributed at any of our fundraising events and committee, we thank you all very much. This equipment will be made full use of very very soon.
