This Saturday, there is a development squad session at Morton Stadium, Santry from 10:30 to 12:30

This is a chance to take part in a session with leading coaches from around Leinster, getting relevant technical training in any of the athletic events

Sprints

Hurdles,

High Jump, Long Jump, Pole Vault, Triple Jump

Shot, Discus, Hammer, Javelin

Middle Distance, Race Walking
