Sarah does it again!

 In her second pole vault competition in 5 days, Sarah Derham last night took part in the Senior Dublin Championships and came away with the gold medal. She came close to her PB on her way to the medal. Wellness Weight Management

Following on from our Nutrition evening we recently then had further discussions with Wellness Weight Management. Nutrition in athletics is very important so we agreed that Wellness Weight Management should advise on the nutritional aspect for Lusk AC. Wellness Weight Management have agreed that for every member of Lusk AC attending the clinic, they will donate €1 from the cost directly to Lusk AC. New Sports Equipment

Late last week we took delivery of new sports equipment for the use of everyone in the club. With the rapid growth in numbers attending our club coupled with wear and tear of our existing equipment a full stock take was carried out and a list of new requirements was drawn up.
