Lusk Heavy Throws 2024

Lusk AC are holding their first “Heavy Throws” competition day on 16th Jun
The 3 events will be Weight for Height, Shot putt and Weight for Distance.

We will have a “Novices” grade for Weight for Height, where throwers can throw a lighter than standard competition weight, along with the Junior (&u23 men),Senior and O50 weights. Depending on interest, we could also have an O60 grade.

6 Throws for Shot & WfD; 3 attempts at each height for WfH. Shot will be a timber ring.

Online Entry EUR5 per event, EUR10 for all 3 events. Competitors must be currently registered with AAI for insurance reasons.
