Set 1 (repeat 3 times)
• On your toes
• On your heels
• Penguins

Set 2 (repeat 3 times)
• Sweeps
• Frankenstein’s
• Table Top

Set 3 (repeat 3 times)
• A-Skips
• B-Skips
• C-Skips

Set 4
• E-skips: 10 meters on 1 leg then change to the other x 2

Set 5 (repeat twice)
• Bum kicks

Set 6 (repeat 3 times)
• Stride outs
