All Ireland Glory For Darren

10562674_580333458798204_4091402479864513754_o12688025_579810572183826_811561707142466364_nA short time ago Darren Ryan took the Glo Health All Ireland Inter Counties Cross Country Championships Title in Tuam, Galway. This is Darren’s first national title and is also the first national running title for LuskAC.

According to his dad, the course was a lovely undulating course over a number of loops which sounds similar to the Ras na hEireann course he raced last weekend. He led the race from start to finish and though it seemed he was coming under pressure at times, he was always in full control of the race.

I’m sure he will have lots to say when he returns home but for now let’s just celebrate this fantastic victory for our Darren.
