Mission

Our Philosophy is to get ACTIVE, feel ALIVE and above all, have FUN.

Training Hours

Tues 7pm - 8pm Little Athletics (6 - 8yrs) - Lusk NS. Older children and adults train at the Sports Hub, Rathmore Road.
Thurs 7pm - 8pm Juvenile Competition Squads and adults only train at the Sports Hub, Rathmore Road.
Weekend training Schedule supplied by your coach each week.
